RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zentraco, we want you to love what you wear. Each piece is crafted and inspected with care — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You can request an exchange for a different size or design of equal value.

  • Exchange requests can be made through our Customer Support or by emailing [your email address] with your order details.

Return Policy

  • We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds.

  • In rare cases of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement.

Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Once approved, send the item back to our provided address.

  3. After inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.

  • Custom-stitched or altered articles.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Zentraco reserves the right to decline exchanges if the product doesn’t meet our policy conditions.
